Wikborg

Wikborg Rein is a law firm who recently acquired a new office space near St Paul’s Cathedral, London.  With the company’s global headquarters based in Norway they wanted to maintain elements of its Scandinavian heritage.  Incorporating natural materials, clean lines and a minimal design aesthetic.

The rising popularity of flexible workplace design was a key attribute of the design process.  These areas allow employees to socialise and move freely within the open plan office environment.  The introduction of booth seating helped to create spaces that would fulfil these requirements, giving employees the flexibility to work away from their desks.

The booth upholstery featured a sophisticated pulled button backrest and seat design with subtle stitch detailing, emphasising the clean lines of the fabric.  To complete the look, freestanding white laminate table tops and plinths to match existing cladding were manufactured.
